How employees describe working at USPS
Follow the contract! Manage the resources. Schedule appropriately
working in an office by myself with great customers
Pension, TSP, generous leave policy
Better communication and don't try to deliver to a closed locked building after hours. Leave delivery slips and a local contact number that actually works. Train your staff to do their jobs correctly the first time. For goodness sakes use common sense.
It's the worse job that I've had in my 41 years of working. The actual job is simple but management, the people, the work hours and the overall environment is toxic in my opinion.
