Follow the contract! Manage the resources. Schedule appropriately

The USPS does not value hard workers and you get absolutely no incentive for your work.

Some sppreciation and consideration for work/life balance

Value based system of payment. The terrible carriers make the same as the High value carriers and we have to clean up behind them. It's never appreciated because management does not address or correct the issue.

Treated unfairly. Days off are terrible. Management fails to keep up with the times. Managers are uneducated.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

better hiring and screening practices. USPS is just taking "warm bodies" poor communication skills, English should be mandatory!

Long-time Employees have internalized the toxic culture of accepting rediculously long hours and unfair treatment

Value based payment system for all employees. It would increase the value of employees as this would impact their payment.

I think we all work together as a team in the local area office

Coworkers need to remain united, they have a far better understanding of procedure and should be willing to work together harmoniously.

Respect of employees and reasonable hours

The company needs to try to trust new managers when they bring suggestions. As Emotional Intelligence took place, low profile individuals became leaders. This poisons the image of the agency in terms of ethics and moral. Gossip, vulgarity and lobbies are close to take over efficiency.

New leadership. More people friendly environment. Train supervisors and management.

Management needs to be more respectful especially with the employees having a better knowledge of procedures than they.

website and application process is HORRIBLE! Everything is electronic and you have no direct personal contact. When I joined, I met with teh HR people and it was all face-to-face.

It's a very toxic culture with clueless people in charge.

poor training, lack of management professionalism, no positive outlook in sight

Treatment of employees and culture needs to VASTLY improve. Nobody should be made to routinely work 12-14 hours daily. This is an everyday expectation.

Bad carriers being bad carriers. Can improve it by implementing value based payment system.

Managers make the same mistakes every year. They don't train employees. They don't invest in the future.
