USPS Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They make it work with what they have.

The willingness to work together and help each other

In some areas (Districts) , we have great mind people. But in some others, they pay less attention on our input.

Some leaders actually do care to work with you

It's a tough job but they do well.

Review from Operations Dept

Inclusiveness and diverse nature in decision making.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication and treating people with dignity and respect. Follow contract.

Let people do the job that they know how to do.

They need to learn how to communicate in a civil and professional manner.

resign, immediately! poor decisions are causing unnecessary delays and low morale...worse I have seen in 30 years with the USPS.

Caring at all about their employees. They expect 12-14 hour days six days a week, and treat their people with disrespect and rudeness.

everything. people skills are terrible. business decisions are a joke.

Communication and actually knowing and understanding their position.

Communication

Review from Operations Dept

They need to learn people skills and time management.

I think it's a lost cause

Distinguish those who work from those who don't.
