USPS Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

working in an office by myself with great customers

very little. toxic environment with poor management, bottom to top.

The paycheck we get on payday

Tell it like it is

Working remotely attending ZOOM calls, I see my team more now than in the office. It has been very productive.

Concerns are addressed and confrontations are few

The feedback we get daily

It's important to feel comfortable.

Review from Operations Dept

The culture is very diverse, but everyone works together and helps each other to get work done

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Cleaner facilities, decent work hours and professionalism

Respect of employees and reasonable hours

The company needs to try to trust new managers when they bring suggestions. As Emotional Intelligence took place, low profile individuals became leaders. This poisons the image of the agency in terms of ethics and moral. Gossip, vulgarity and lobbies are close to take over efficiency.

New leadership. More people friendly environment. Train supervisors and management.

Management needs to be more respectful especially with the employees having a better knowledge of procedures than they.
