Very organized. It does take longer to post and fill.
As long as managers don't feel like you're trying to expose their flaws, they can have franc speech with you

I have no opinions on the interview
website and application process is HORRIBLE! Everything is electronic and you have no direct personal contact. When I joined, I met with teh HR people and it was all face-to-face.
