Need to get a new store manager who actually cares about the company instead of sitting in the break room with three more associates taking over 30 minute breaks instead of 10 minutes and actually put it in put them on the rules and keep in the store clean

The owners of the company, well the owners kids that took over. They already make billions in profit and now they want more. Which means they cut the hours and our pay but expect us to work 10xs harder.
