honestly everything is im being 100 percent honest they need a whole new team at that store.
Store manager need to put some ground rules she lets them walk all over her they always show up 20 min late and she doesnt tell them nothing they argue with customers and even threaten to fight with them she doesnt do nothing about it my opinion she shouldnt be store manager.

Find help stop overloading the staff
Communication and fair distribution of hours amongst all the employees, to not pick favorites and terminate those who choose to not show up during the probation period and call off constantly.

Needs to have a better pulse on the culture of the organization.

The SLT needs to have a better pulse on the cultire of the organization and take necessary steps to improve it. The organization needs to also better prioritize the allocation of resources. Observed several instances where company is wasteful. Flyinb 1st class, but stores without operable bathrooms.

They need to clean house
