We were all agreeable and worked hard

Everyone would work together for the most part
The positive side is that costumers are kind and as you work there more often you build a friendship
I'm sure each store is different, my team is slow and complains alot about the job but they almost all want to be friends and be friendly with you and the customers.
The crew and customer it's management that's bad
My coworkers energy bosses dont really seem to care about anything but the checks
Good people citizens. All though we do get grumpy people but over all people are great
The store location is in a good area
The current GM make it great to be at work when I work with him

It all depends whose working on the days I work,some of my coworkers are positive to work with makes the day go smooth and some are just a body doing the bare minimum just there for a pay check don't put in the work.

The store I work at, we all get along and care about each other, but that is not the case in all stores

When the gm isn't there making our job horrible
The people i actually get along with who have gone up in positions while i have been left way way behind.
Different people bring ,Different energy .

The fact that the employees put their life on the line because customers are constantly trying to get away with merchandise and some don't but most do
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need to get a new store manager who actually cares about the company instead of sitting in the break room with three more associates taking over 30 minute breaks instead of 10 minutes and actually put it in put them on the rules and keep in the store clean

The owners of the company, well the owners kids that took over. They already make billions in profit and now they want more. Which means they cut the hours and our pay but expect us to work 10xs harder.
