Evryone knows there duties,, and we work as a team

We work well together and we look out for each other.

The only thing that I could say, would be early morning stocking crew, and I would only have to say only five of them out of eight actually do their work while the rest take company hours and just stand and talk or at like there's a boss, etc.

We get along well for the most part but everyone seems unhappy with the job itself.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My coworkers need to take ownership of their jobs and just do the minimum would be an improvement. There are a million little easy things to do. just do it, that will better distribute the work amongst a team and encourage better team work and support for each other.

Holding the proper people accountable for their lack of professionalism.

Everything Such as organizing communication etc.

Stay focus on the task at hand to not worry or wonder if another co-worker is working as hard or as equally as you are also don't be so quick to to judge someone and think that they are going to do their tasks wrong. And gossiping while working is also a very big issue it slows down the performance

Communication is key in any work place environment and the 99 cents only stores have 0 communication skills. Whether it be from corporate to upper management or management to crew or crew to crew. It's nonexistent at best.
