Most simple categories were covered and i wasn't starting off completely surprised.

Manager was very friendly and she hired me right away

That was the only thing that was positive. We used to have better management, too.

The manager did seem nice at first but I don't know if things changed

Better perscrive on people don't judge them but there cover

Terribly easy as well as very unprofessional.

Eye contact, in-depth questions for a better understanding, undivided attention from electronic devices within arms reach. Business perspective and comprehension during interviewing process.

The computer work. Training is never finished

The fact that they allow the most under qualified people to be upper management there is something they can definitely improve on for sure.

Improvement needed in communication. Checking on the status of interview was problematic,and even after being hired, status checks were confusing and mostly unhelpful. And to this day, I know of several employees whose names aren't even correctly spelled in the system.

By being more welcoming and actually looking like you enjoy working for the company you're interviewing me for.

They had us do a group interview which was basically them explaining how everything worked, taking our applications, and sending us home. After we started work thats when they started looking at who was not working out.
