They are very accommodating to my availability needs. Not very responsive to emote safety concerns. Poor training program(virtually non existant established comprehensive liver training.

Store manager need to put some ground rules she lets them walk all over her they always show up 20 min late and she doesnt tell them nothing they argue with customers and even threaten to fight with them she doesnt do nothing about it my opinion she shouldnt be store manager.

The SLT needs to have a better pulse on the cultire of the organization and take necessary steps to improve it. The organization needs to also better prioritize the allocation of resources. Observed several instances where company is wasteful. Flyinb 1st class, but stores without operable bathrooms.
