I pay more than what i owe majority if the time and im treated ad if i dont pay on time or at all even. They made me renew my contract making my coches to be 6k ive paid more than my acctual due i now would like ro speak with corperate. It is rediculous how the hiram store treats people

How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Aaron's?
My location is a smaller location which equals less employees so therefore there is no social life my work family life balance is completely atrocious

There really are none
There isn't any
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Aaron's?
That my commission is in contingency... if my location does not meet it's quota of new costumers for the month we do not receive commission and then it is just cents on the dollar of the first monthly payment not the entire retail value
It is alot of hours. Well at least for store managers .

There isn't one

There is a hotline and a website for associates to report harassment, discrimination, etc. There are also field HR Reps assigned to territories to assist with any HR issues in person or by phone.
How challenged are you at Aaron's?
It was very challenging. But in a good way.
How's the morale at Aaron's?
It was a right family. When the founders ledt however, so did the morale of the company

Very diverse.

The GM will share an office with the collections team

They offer commission and bonus on top of your hourly rate. You also receive a huge discount on purchasing items there. Their benefits were truly amazing and very affordable.

It was laid back.

There is no set questions that are asked. It changes per manager. Knowing about the company helps.

It's all about numbers. If you hit your targets, you can move up quite fast

You can make the job what you want it to be. Hours worked depends on what projects/teams you're working on. Again, if you want to pursue something, that'll be more hours. It's a good place to learn and grow your skills as well as push the limits of technology.
