I pay more than what i owe majority if the time and im treated ad if i dont pay on time or at all even. They made me renew my contract making my coches to be 6k ive paid more than my acctual due i now would like ro speak with corperate. It is rediculous how the hiram store treats people

There was an incident at store C0342 in Monroe, La. Where I was taking care of a customer and the Customer Account Manager went nuclear on that customer. I turned her into HR and management. The company took my banking information out of payroll and they refuse to pay me for the time I have worked

  • That my commission is in contingency... if my location does not meet it's quota of new costumers for the month we do not receive commission and then it is just cents on the dollar of the first monthly payment not the entire retail value

    There is a hotline and a website for associates to report harassment, discrimination, etc. There are also field HR Reps assigned to territories to assist with any HR issues in person or by phone.
