  • That my commission is in contingency... if my location does not meet it's quota of new costumers for the month we do not receive commission and then it is just cents on the dollar of the first monthly payment not the entire retail value

  • There is a hotline and a website for associates to report harassment, discrimination, etc. There are also field HR Reps assigned to territories to assist with any HR issues in person or by phone.
