They are micromanaging to increase profits by cutting every corner and paying less than comparable jobs formerly administered by their client , the state of Florida. they could improve by at least pay employees the rate which is advertised and not play bait and switch.

Most customers want to close their accounts. Because there is never a solution to their queries.

The systems don't work. People ask to be out on auto pay, doesn't work. They get wrong deliveries and still get charged for complete orders. The point of contact on their account NEVER works. The local office and billing department don't know who does what. Customers never get their issues resolved.
