You work to make paths for others they decide they want to see promoted. You stay because the company is profits from acquiring agencies that don't stand a chance. If you seek advancement then here is probably not it unless you come happy exactly where you are or they add responsibilities.

They know what they want and that is what they want. Social progress is not in much of the company and just where they identify with or new group they can tie their name too. Many don't seem to care. It is s a job they get paid well for.
