Annual increase are very low and there is limited number of annual promotion slots available. If you don't get a promo spot, you are out of luck regardless of contributions to the Avanade bottom line.

For my career experience I would be paid more and have more stability at other companies. This year in North America we didn't get our bonus (which was a last minute surprise).The push work life balance but it we aren't spending 40-60 hrs at work and extra on training we fall behind.

I get offers from other orgs/recruiters ranging from $5k more to $18k more per year in my area. I've been at Avanade for over 7 years now and this range only seems to grow over time.
