Accessible, open-door policies allow for two-way communication across the company versus top-down only.

Great at their job, very knowledgeable and they care about their employees - or team members as they like to call it.

They always seem to act with integrity and are as interested in the growth and we'll being as much as they are growing the business.

They try things. Frequently. I'd prefer leadership that at least tries compared or organizations that stand still in the face of change. Not every change is successful, or well-liked or perceived, but I personally enjoy leadership that's always trying to improve the organization itself.
