Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No growth opportunities after the Manager level, salary stuck with just a yearly bonus as a growth.

My industry experience isn't taken into much consideration when compared to others with limited industry experience

Avanade tends to pay slightly below market.

Annual increase are very low and there is limited number of annual promotion slots available. If you don't get a promo spot, you are out of luck regardless of contributions to the Avanade bottom line.

For my career experience I would be paid more and have more stability at other companies. This year in North America we didn't get our bonus (which was a last minute surprise).The push work life balance but it we aren't spending 40-60 hrs at work and extra on training we fall behind.
