The way in which the structures are setup at BC lends itself to zero accountability for anyone within the company. Most of the leadership is aware of this, however enough of them are oblivious to this and conduct themselves accordingly or obliviously to put it more bluntly.

My direct manager allows me to be myself and speak my mind. I feel we are together in a struggle working to make improvements that simply bounce off deaf ears.

Everything under the sun! They treat the warehouse employees like garbage literally switching our whole shifts and jobs around while also not training the employees in their new positions! They just recently did a giant restructure that has no thought for the employee and only makijg more money

Hard working and honest about how terrible the place is run. They want a good place to work and thrive and want the company to be better but hit roadblocks every step of the way. Leadership does Not listen to the workers. "They think they know it All". I implore them to engage with the workers.

The regular folks at BC have amazing soft skills. Maybe it is the disconnect between the teams that makes this place the pinnacle of efficiency...sarcasm

The people under management are all pretty cool its just as soon as you go up the ladder all they care about is if you are hitting numbers or why you are off task or late back from break by 2 minutes when you have to walk accros the warehouse to even start your job

The Gear Heads are generally people that are stoked to be outside and get people in good gear. It is fun to interact with them.
