How's the vacation policy at Backcountry.com?
Varies on your job type/location. Salaried, corporate employees have unlimited time off. Hourly, customer service, fulfillment, and retail employees accrue time off.

Not very much. But then again the diversity in the Backcountry is non-existent.
How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Backcountry.com?
Solid C+ I would happily work there for a couple months near the big holidays like flag day.
What should I wear for an interview at Backcountry.com?
I’m not sure. It’s a real mix of ugly Sunday rippedshirts, Sweat pants for the worker drones. The excess where 30 year old prep colors and styles

They were beyond exceptional. The CEOhsd me over for dinner
Does Backcountry.com drug test or do a background check?
If you crash a loader they drug test you. It seems a little weak. It should be everyone every couple Of weeks. Except pot which should be ok.
How does Backcountry.com handle HR issues?

How innovative is Backcountry.com?
Not as innovative as it used to be when it had the foremost Ecommerce president running the show. I se projects several years old that haven’t been finished.
How does Backcountry.com measure success and growth in the Executive department?
I guess they measure it like most by money. I heard the first two guys made Bank.
What's the work from home policy like at Backcountry.com?
It’s amazing. I haven’t had to in to the office for three years. Still I went in a couple of times for meetings and interviews.
What's the office layout like at Backcountry.com?
It's an open layout, no one has a private office or cubicle (including the exec team) although occasionally high priority projects or certain teams will reserve a meeting space for an extended period of time. Some people dislike the openness, I prefer it.
