
My direct manager allows me to be myself and speak my mind. I feel we are together in a struggle working to make improvements that simply bounce off deaf ears.
Caring of the people that work there
The way in which the structures are setup at BC lends itself to zero accountability for anyone within the company. Most of the leadership is aware of this, however enough of them are oblivious to this and conduct themselves accordingly or obliviously to put it more bluntly.
Teamwork and always help you succeed in your task
They are easily approachable, and relatable.
They'll let you know if your doing a good job and always willing to help you if we're having trouble at task
They are very collaborative, and are willing to go above and beyond for their people.
Most supervisors need to be more involved with employees and also need to have better/more positive attitudes towards the workers.
They try hard, i feel. They certainly encourage work/life balance.
Trust in the management that is in place at each D.C and let the manage the work force like they did in the past.
Everything under the sun! They treat the warehouse employees like garbage literally switching our whole shifts and jobs around while also not training the employees in their new positions! They just recently did a giant restructure that has no thought for the employee and only makijg more money
Sustainability. There are no efforts to address their environmental impact and they are making poor fitting, low quality clothing using questionable sources to try to expand their profits in casual clothing areas.
