They're real people with reasonable expectations. They don;t get mad or frustrated when you ask questions or don't understand something. They'd rather you ask questions and get it right the first time.

They take advantage of part time workers. They often schedule them 30-40 hours every weeks, so you're basically working full time without the benefits that the full time workers receive.
