They work hard and they enjoy the product and enjoy engaging with the customers around the product.

We all respect each other

We are a team but that is just my similar ranking team members, we do not have a good relationship with out manager

The managers need to communicate and share information. They do not communicate and employees are set up to fail.

Because no one is really held accountable because everyone is--in itself a horribly ineffective and embittering tactic-- there is no real move towards significant improvements. This uncertainty often leads to an unnecessarily stressful environment

Be less worried about offending and be more comfortable

They also feel unappreciated and underpaid so it really comes down to management and the overall planning of the company. Upper management not taking the work of lower level employees seriously.

Although everyone is nice and pretty much easy to work with. Not all are willing to be proactive or want to really learn other departments of our store/business

We all need to learn our jobs. When one person has no clear idea of expectations, it weakens the entire team.
