You are given hourly wage raises based upon your performance

Not often at all once you get customer service to be promoted you have to stay on for two years at least. And every year you're there you get a .25 cent raise

Fill out a form online it gets reviewed and sent out but not much is done with feedback.

There is none

People who don't try to stand up to management but will be bossy to equals. So basically kiss ups. I dont suggest working here.

The ones that don't have a life and want to work 60 hours a week

It's going downhill. Many people complain about prices not being on items, staff not being on the floor, and policy changes at least once a week so customers don't know what they are able to do once they have a purchase or a coupon.

They are in trouble

I feel like I have to walk on eggshells. They always monitor your work, how many coupons people use and where they got them and how many times each individual employee scans a coupon or item. They also watch gift card transactions employees use.

Not secure at all. They are in trouble.

The 20% of entire purchase discount.

Hanging with my coworkers

Mostly slow. But on weekends or holidays its nonstop but not overwhelming.

Fast

If you're part time its semi difficult because you do work weekends or nights but you can get anywhere between 10 hours to 30 hours. Full time you might as well live at the store.

Not difficult at all.

Come inside the store, be well groomed, and a flexible schedule.

Dress and look the part. Chime in and have a great conversation.

The offices are next to the break room you can hear everything small.

On the second floor. Pretty spacious.

Theres little diversity but they do have some.

That there is basically no training. They just throw you out on the sales floor and you either sink or swim.

How antiquated their benefits package and vacation policy is.

I am most proud about the work I and my team are able to do and accomplish.

Never been to one not was there one since I have been here for four plus years.

Depends on where you work in corporate. IT is pretty casual (no flipflops or open toed shoes) but you still need to be respectful. Other area are more formal in the business casual attire.

Bed Bath & Beyond allow associates in corporate to bring their dogs to work every Friday.

I rather not go. It's always something going on that gets others stressed out or mad.

Not innovative at all

Basic math, good communication and people skills, and can work a computer.
