At the moment, it is the quality health insurance we have. My wife and I are about to start IVF, and our insurance covers 100% of the costs, minus the max out of pocket costs. It's a huge burden lifted for us.

I feel like my work is undervalued because of the lack of headcount on our team. I am currently not paid at market value. For a company that is modern, innovative, and requires a lot of work from each employee, not having unlimited PTO is ludicrous.
