At a start up, things are not always fully fleshed out in terms of process or producers, but the leadership team takes a very flexible/logical approach in moving quickly and making decisions that are thoughtful.

A lot of companies talk about increasing transparency to create a better work environment but then continue making decisions behind closed doors. BEGiN is the first workplace I've been in that is committed every day to full transparency from the top down.
