I have worked at Bob evans for almost 4 years, 2 years consecutively. I used to believe i had the best job ever, now between management and short staffing i dont find joy in my job at all.

The customers honestly, without my regulars i wouldve already put in my two week noticed. Other than that there isnt much positivity around, especially with coworkers constantly agruing/bickering.

I believe we need to have a meeting and all talk about our concerns. Although Gm said no more meeting that the company doesnt allow them. With that being said im not sure how go have all co workers in the same page.

There is alot going on in the store. We have finally gotten a couple more people in the door which has helped. But we have 2 cooks 1 daily cook who rarely gets a night off or even a full day off. Gm is constantly leaving to get more products since she didnt order enough. We need more hands instore.
