The biggest thing is Communication between sales, advisors and service. Every morning there are meetings to help with this communication issue and it never seems to work.every morning Techs are waiting for work When they're not set up For 45 minutes for these meetings to end.

Leadership only worries about money. The staff is third on the list. It's all about how much money can be made before the end of month and start the beast all over again. Forget the sacrifice to the employees and their families. Communication is only used when it benefits leadership
