Work too much overtime cause the company doesnt want to pay more employees. Guy just passed out from heat exaustion after 50 to 60 hr work weeks

They are great but restricted from properly doing there job. I always thought job opportunities come for those with in the company that show up and do there job and prove there worth. I applied for Delivery Driver and was turned down because I haven't been with you for 6 months yet I'm qualified.
