Bonus congruent with salary and effort. I wish my team members STILL received bonuses for the work they do.

The amount of work that is needed on a daily basis does not match the pay the pay should be higher and I don't mean just a little bit probably about six or seven more dollars an hour it requires a lot of multitasking and detail and a good memory
