Management needs to be honest with employees from the beginning, not just parrot corporate policy.

The coworkers should have the same mind-set unified together as a team.
They may need exposure to industry, competitors, and level of sophistication on corporate, organization, industry and global norms, trends, roles, behavior, sense of urgency, true agility, andd much much more.
Its not the coworkers. Its centene!
Its not the troops or even the second tier officers. Its the top.

My coworkers need to be cognizant off those around them and not be so loud and inconsiderate. We could work together better if they did the work that they are supposed to do in a timely manner

People try to back stab in order to get promoted so you have to watch everything you do and say in front of everyone.
