What does the leadership team need to get better at?Autonomy. They should permit employees to do their own job vs other departments duties. There is a reason for job titles. One is not synonymous with another in most cases; yet you are forced to perform them with no training.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Make it face-to-face. Tell the prospective employee how they would fit in and make a difference.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Lack of openness and honesty. Improvement would come from and shift in corporate culture, which I cannot see happening.
