Taking away bonuses for lower staff was a low blow
The amount of work that is needed on a daily basis does not match the pay the pay should be higher and I don't mean just a little bit probably about six or seven more dollars an hour it requires a lot of multitasking and detail and a good memory

To be paid market value and for experience. To also be paid for working overtime!
Took away bonuses but kept for execs
Centene routinely presents "comparative studies" showing compensation levels comensurate with "competing salaries" at companies like Amazon, or Microsoft. What they don't tell their employees is that the salaries are roughly 60% of compensation at those companies, with the rest in stock or bonus.
The work is very stressful without any type of support system to make it as work/life balance.

Salary is good, but medical benefits are expensive and 5% discount on stock is simply not enough. We should also be awarded stock over time.

In a team of four people that, if fully staffed, would have over a dozen. I'm currently doing the work of what used to be six different positions all by myself, and at the lowest paypoint of any of those roles.

Low salary compared to the market or other people from the team. Not fair increase
Competitive base, better benefits. More flexible PTO/vacation
We are treated poorly. Have to ask off for our paid holidays and only 5 ppl are allpwed off ar any 1 time! If we have a planned event on Sunday and cannot get off work, we are given a point!
To pay me fairly whether I have a college degree or not. I have been in the industry over 12 years and am still not seen as someone who has less experience but with a college degree.
Need much better healthcare premiums
The profits to the senior executive leadership team and shareholders creates citizens dependency on their governments. I am paid fairly at base rate. My cost of employer sponsored healthcare is too high.
My compensation has barely moved in four years. I am not paid fairly, and I have found a better paying job. The only ones hurt by this are my team.
