Fine and ok and good
Im hoping that it changes up a bit there's a few that like to bully people and mess with their minds. Just a few though. The rest of them are awesome
my manager is always supportive
My supervisor and manager are good people, but they have to deal with unexpected information that hasn't been properly tested too often.
The are knowledgeable, not afraid of doing the work and willing to listen to new ideas.
I can only speak for my manager, he is amazing, he dedicates time for me, he accompanied me in several processes until I was able to be on my own. He is great at communicating and managing overall.
The leadership team is genuine in their thinking and approach while using data for insights and opportunities to explore problems and solutions.
They are very expressive and hands on. They care about giving us the best, so we can do the best

Autonomy. They should permit employees to do their own job vs other departments duties. There is a reason for job titles. One is not synonymous with another in most cases; yet you are forced to perform them with no training.

Maybe be qualified for their position and treat lower level staff doing the work with respect and common courtesy.
My VP of Quality was hired by our plan CMO with no input solicited from the team. The VP has no idea what she's doing and has destroyed the culture. She's a micromanager and is only worried about herself. Culture? DON'T work here.

Understanding how difficult it is to get any questions answered and not updating any functions that would speed up the claims process. Being low on the ladder with no say.

They only care about looking out for themselves.

EVERYTHING! Since they fired all the ppl who refused to take the vax, we work 66 hrs/week!
They need to understand that growth alone does not make a great company.
IT systems are terrible that staff always have workarounds.
Firing an employee for not getting the Covid vaccine shows the company cares more about money than their employees
Addressing resource issues (both staffing and technology) that limit the ability of staff to do the work needed to meet company goals.

Need to get better at having clear processes to achieve goals. centene does not know what they are doing.
Slowing down their obsessive and insatiable appetite for growing the company to be largest and highest ranked in Fortune 500 list. It is a cult.
This company has no better aspects
Very authoritative and removed. Needs to encouraging team approach instead of keeping staff separated. Very poor follow-through with employee engagement and suggestions. Very poor training but it's been that way for years. Sadly, getting worse instead of better despite all the "paper" evidence.
