We are doing good things for our employees and the members. It is a good team focused on critical initiatives to drive forward better outcomes for our members, employees and how we serve all of our audiences.

Realistic ideas on a global scale, acknowledgement that your competition is not internal it's outside the "whole" organization across industries and markets. There are amazing SWOTs if they got together, thought and acted as a unified entity.

The insatiable appetite for growing the company needs to be temporalized to get operations and IT settled so that food performance can be delivered in a healthy manner.

You have to watch everything you say and do there, they have favorites and the favorites get away with a lot. The company doesn't promote people based on performance, just how much management likes them.

A lot of bureaucracy, micromanaging, and unrealistic deadlines. Clearer communication among departments to better understand what challenges each department faces.

Centene is a highly integrated company, and makes most of its profits by charging itself higher than market rates for the things it sells itself. Because of that it doesn't actually have real competition and the only thing it responds to is regulations, and rarely in more than a box checking way.

I used to love work but it's hard when the most knowledgeable person on our team is my other supervisor who is unapproachable and won't help

there needs to be more effective communication between employees and management to listen to our concerns on how we can streamline our work processes and make our job easier

The manager and the lead are bullies.
