Clutter does NOT treat its employees well ( lunch and book club taken to note ) overall above that they value numbers more than people. Undervalued and overworked. Safety is less than priority, communication is nearly non-existent, and customer satisfaction is a mixed bag. This company can afford to continuously make costly mistakes but cannot afford to give any kind of raise whatsoever. Toxic work environment.
