¿Por qué te sientes infravalorado y qué te haría sentir mejor con respecto a tu compensación?

100% undervalued and under paid. Again when you have worked for a company twice, busted your butt, covering shifts, doing overnights, appointed temp. Lead multiple times, no call is and very flexible then some 16/17 yr old hands in an app., you hear the start pay is $2 more than what you get. WOW

If they paid me more and stopped trying to convince everyone to not share our wages when we know certain people are getting lots paid more without good reason

Revisión Publicado hace 2 años

People who earn less than a dollar less than I work very little and seem to fly under the radar. Nothing is done with the associates who would rather doodle than work. The general manager seems more concerned with filling the available hours with a warm body rather than someone who is a hard worker

meeting the California new minimum wage act and get the same rate of pay as fast food workers.

Revisión Publicado hace 3 años

The pay is slightly less than other retail stores and raises are very small

Be able to take time off. Company is so understaffed due to leadership turnover its difficult to step away

A living wage! $10.60/per hr to help customers, move furniture to car, build furniture, fixtures for floor. Set fixtures. Tear down 2 weeks movve 12 feet or so and rebuild put merch on floor. Oh yea! Try i mean try to come home unscathed from unloading the merch on pallets. safety is not a concern

First of all, there are no benefits to receive. Management is the only full-time employees and the only ones who receive benefits and bonuses.

Compensation is not competitive in today's market. Employees regularly do many tasks simultaneously,

For the amount of work that we do we deserve more than just $10 the hour. We should have been kept at $13 or more and need a better raise every year as well. All of us our trained to do it all positions in the store, so we deserve a better pay rate.

To start, a fair wage.

I have seven years of retail experience and im fourth in command of my store and i only make 50 cents above minimum wage. I got a bonus for the holiday season of $3 but they took that away the second the season ended.

they genuinely dont care for the associates and the company does not pay enough even to managment. couldnt find HR until 6 months of working here

We are trained to everything but we don't get paid well for all the things we do. Especially during covid.

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

We get paid only $10 an hour and with hours being cut down to only 5 hours or none it doesnt cover expenses to live.

Allowing workers to take breaks at scheduled times would be enough.

Being told "i dont pay you to talk about your personal life" when multitasking and having conversations with not only other employees but customers as well as being treated like the bottom of the totem pole

If there were any compensation. You are kept under 40 hours so they don't have to give you benefits, you are paid about $3-$4 less per hour than literally any other job in a 20 mile radius, and you have to pick up the workload of every single person slacking otherwise everyone gets in trouble

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

we are expected to pick up the slack from our store managers lack of work yet we are only paid hourly and they collect salary even when they don’t show up (which is often). we are be expected to perform tasks above our pay grad
