What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really cant think of any.
Management and co-workers are hard working, have positive attitudes, and are patient when necessary.
People are friendly and I think I can count on most of them if I have to ask for assistance
The products that we sell are the most positive thing about working at this company. We also have great flexibility with our schedules. Other than that, there is nothing that stands out.

The most positive thing about our location is our associate team.
Its positive because thats is only way you can get through a day. Honestly going negative due to low wage, and work conditions without a concern for employees. Pallets and trucka are dangerous

The employees discounting any managers
It's an open store so it didn't feel confined or stuffy inside. The culture: it's a retail store that sells overpriced and ugly furniture there is no culture only sales.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The entire store and staff need to be evaluated
Toxic leadership. They tell us its company policy that they not work cause they need to be available if something is to arise but even when it is a job for them they drag their feet. The only supervisor that worked has left due to them.
