All managers I've ever worked with in this company have been awesome

Hard working individuals who work hard

They’re always helpful, positive, encouraging, and supportiv

Very concerned with employee well being. Very attentive, fun, and eager to show new employees how things work.

They know I want to work

Friendly, hardworking, and caring people

They genuinely seem to care about the hardworking associates and realize there is inequity in job performance.

They are very understanding if there is something I need to do for school and can adjust my schedule to better accommodate for college.

Always willing to help when needed

Communication is 150% in this company

they are understanding, patient, professional

Just had this area manager from Texas, no concept of actual work, unreliable, inconsistent and someone needs to put him in check! This person has no business handling multiple stores

Store has a great manager.

This " leadership " team has never shown leadership, worked on the floor let alone introduce themselves. So...? They show no leadership, seems though they are full of self importance and like to toss out orders because the wind blew different for the day. So, no, i would not call that leadership.

I do not believe they care aboht their employees like they say they do

there hardly is a leadership team

They show you how they want things were they want them and they work with you

They listen to us. There is an open door policy also.

Organized, efficient I enjoy working with them.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Letting go of the sh*tty managers with a long list of employee complaints via; human resources.

Stressed and no empathy , always running

They need better time management, better stress management, needs to focus on doing their duties instead of pouring it onto the rest of the team, they need stop being shady and say how it really is, they have to stop talking so bad about other associates, they as well need to stop having favorites

Scheduling people to work each week

A new manager that does not lead with control and anger.

Letting employees have fun, being able to communicate respectfully with employees

They act like they are the most intelligent people ever, I just feel like if you've worked your whole life and you're only a manager at World Market, that means you definitely are lacking some kind of intelligence.

communication with staff, all the managers are great though, the only issue is the store manager

Everything, they don't hire people with the right training and it will make employees quit.

Not being inconsiderate to its workforce and also to stop leaving all the work for us while taking extended lunch breaks and sitting in the middle of the store for hours at a time talking with friends while ignoring customers and the associates looking for backup
