Curative gave me a chance right out of college and I was able to work my way up to supervisor. I've gotten great experience as well as receiving very competitive pay and benefits. As long as the company can keep paying a fair wage accounting for inflation I'd like to stay here

The rate of pay is the best part. I feel that Curative does pay pretty well. As long as they will continue to give proper raises every year to adjust for inflation I will continue to be happy with the pay
