
The generally nice people. Majority are nice and do not mind helping me or interacting with me. I do feel a sense of belonging when one dedicates time to ask me how my weekend was or how I am doing.

Leadership team? Who makes up the leadership team? Is that different from the Executive team? It's difficult to find out which teams consist of who. Also, there is no exact place to find that out. Otherwise, I am sure I would have some good things to say.

My coworkers are great! I would look more forward to interacting with them if I was not so stressed out about trying to be made permanent. My fear is that if I am seen socializing or having a laughter with them, that it may alter the decision of me being fully hired. Those are my thoughts.

I do not feel undervalued, but you should know that I am a temporary-permanent hire. What I do not like is that there is no word or time frame for the decision of hiring me. I would feel more at ease if I had a better idea of when the decision will be made. Be more upfront with the temps.

The fact that I am able to work freely and give my best work. I do not work well if I have a boss constantly hovering over me. However at Curative, I am able to give it my all and let my work speak for itself. As a temp, I want the higher ups to take notice and say "Let's keep him, he's great!"
