Company started off great and saw a lot of potential. Took care of me and felt like they cared Now? I have little faith my job is secure or that the company cares about it's workers. Most decisions are now based on how much $ the company can save. It was good while it lasted i guess.

The people are nice. The higher ups and managers seem nice enough, but sometimes you can tell they don't really have your back. They are just trying to please their bosses whichever way they can.

Everyone supports each other and all agree that higher ups, executives and some managers make really dumb decisions without taking feedback. I feel that accessioning gets dropped off all this bs and we gotta solve it for the higher ups. Communicate better with ground level employees, not managers.

I'm happy to work my department. It's when when working other departments is that i dislike. Not the work. Just the fact the only reason we are needed in those departments is because they are understaffed because Curative is getting cheap. Reduce the pay for executives first then we'll talk.

Kim, Khan, and Karen need to realize that all decisions should not be based solely around Alinity departments needs. Also, the fact the company is caring so much about $ is concerning. More work piled on CLA 1s with no increase in pay. Curative: Make money, not sense(cents). Low morale in the lab.

More work (not sample volume) is piled up as the workers clearly see that alot of decisions are solely based off monetary reasons. Plus people doing work that was clearly being paid more previously, all of sudden are done by CLA 1s at a lower price. Just seems the company cares about $ than workers.
