I really enjoy working for Curative and the leaders at the top (C-Suite Level). However, likely as a result of the company growing so fast during COVID, there are a lot of incompetent leaders immediately below them that do not foster the productive environment needed to help this company succeed.

Mid level management (Directors and VP's) is full of a lot of bosses, but not many people who know how to lead people. They could use leadership training or mentorship focused on building trust, communication, leading by example, empathy, etc.

My immediate supervisor does not foster a productive environment or bring much value. Unfortunately, the supervisor above them does not have the experience or courage to do anything about when the problem is raised up. HR lacks the leadership as well to properly address it. Provide training.
