My time with Curative has been an amazing learning experience. I've grown exponentially in many ways, worn my different hats (roles) during my time here including vax training. Wherever I end up if my time at Curative is coming to an end, I know this company helped in my self structure and growth.

The company has grown exponentially understandably, so has my job duties and responsibilities. I also understand that my roles do grow and change over time without pay - which may include other depts' roles and responsibilities without added comp which is one thing, feeling overworked and appreciate

I like the drive and standard set forth - with that being said, if communication is lacking between depts they will always be a disconnect and instead of moving at the momentum we'd like to achieve we'll keep peddling with a bicycle that has no chain because no one wants to communicate.

Curative has always been an amazing experience for me. Honestly, I didn't think this was going to last past 6 months but with the growth and ingenuity that I continue to see and am amazed by - how can I not want to be apart of this amazing journey! We're surrounded by some incredible minds!

"Love what you do" - if I can wake up everyday loving the work I do in the way I contribute to Curative whether it's training a site(s) and leaving a site launch and the staff is happy or helping with Compliance tasks. It's the satisfaction of making a difference and helping even just one person!
