It’s very independent I don’t have a lot to say about that because I work by myself multiple times so I only reach to somebody when I need something I’ve been working for the company for about four years so on my case is a little bit different

More accessible leadership. Company did not make the transition to virtual well, the executive leadership is largely out of reach to its employee base, which makes it largely out of touch to whats happening in the ranks. Despite direct negative feedback & very low ENPS, they turn a blind eye.

The tone is set by our GM and our RDO. They create an environment of unnecessary micromanagement and petty revenge. They create anxiety and resentment throughout.

Environment is negative in the reason that the company is always creating ways, almost every week, that will take more money away from the installers in the field. Coming up with silly metrics that we have no control over, which removes us from being eligible for bonuses.

The stat system where I work. If a customer calls back for any reason at all 2 weeks after you talk to them it comes out of what little commissions we do get

AT&T needs to see it's employees as people and not just numbers. It's clear they don't care about their workforce, it's evident in how they manage their work force

Stop laying people off and we need to stop working on thanksgiving and Christmas day the say that they family comes first but when you make your employees work on those days thats not true and if we have to work on those days we need to be compensated not just pay us regular pay

AT&T doesn't seem to care about the employees, only making money. DTV made sure we were all happy so we would make customers happy in return
