My co workers are great. They always seem to understand and have your back. Everything with co workers is great other than normal scheduling type issues, if they could get better mangers they could do great things for the teams.

My team relies on a communication style of multiple small group texts in different regions. We get along better and are able to get through the days and make better sense of the mess that is AT&T, who is handling Directv business.

We work well together. Since ATT bought Directv there is a culture of fear. The fired over 700 employees at my call center after the “ merger.”
