Like at most companies, it honestly depends on your role. You need to maintain good rapport with your manager because it is discretionary time off for everybody. You will get at least 3 weeks and maybe more depending on how flexible you are.

For me, it was about 10 days.

Easy and straight-forward. The people team has one area for all policies and FAQs. The client care, sales, and professional teams all use the latest tech tools so they are all on the same page. Eargo really invests in a successful on-boarding and continues to ask questions to make it better.

In general, everyone I talk to enjoys working at Eargo. My colleagues and I take care of the office and try to keep the amenities in nice order. Everyone smiles back at you and everyone says hi to each other in passing.

Terrific exempt employees have DPTO that is unlimited. Non exempt get 3 weeks and earn more with each year of service. There are also several paid holidays.

Exceptional. Exempt employees have unlimited. Non exempt start with three weeks plus sick pay plus 7 paid holidays. The longe they are here the more days they earn.
