What are company outings like at Eargo?
Really great to see everyone at a end of year gathering.
Nimble, we are not a flashy company because we don’t want to frustrate our customers. We have a great time no matter the place, the marketing team takes pictures of us and they always look studio quality. I’m proud of our work.

The people ops team is focused internally but still has time to coordinate events for the community for Tpys for Tots and Cancer Walks/Runs in the summer. The employees all take part in building community.

Culture case study questions. We invest a lot in our people so this is an important step in our process.
How are the career growth opportunities on the Engineering team at Eargo?
I heard of several at company meetings, but in general, we're in growth mode as a startup so career growth feels less common among engineering staff. It is more common among our developed staff: client care and professional support.
