  • Like at most companies, it honestly depends on your role. You need to maintain good rapport with your manager because it is discretionary time off for everybody. You will get at least 3 weeks and maybe more depending on how flexible you are.

  • Easy and straight-forward. The people team has one area for all policies and FAQs. The client care, sales, and professional teams all use the latest tech tools so they are all on the same page. Eargo really invests in a successful on-boarding and continues to ask questions to make it better.

  • Vac, sick, volunteer time, berevement, new mommy, daddy time off. floating holidays.

  • All the typical bennies. Medical, dental, vision, term life, 401k (no match as yet), 40hrs vacay, 6 sick days, baby bonding time, bereavement time. In addition they provide stock options as well.

  • Terrific exempt employees have DPTO that is unlimited. Non exempt get 3 weeks and earn more with each year of service. There are also several paid holidays.

  • Exceptional. Exempt employees have unlimited. Non exempt start with three weeks plus sick pay plus 7 paid holidays. The longe they are here the more days they earn.

  • better health care plan, match on 401k, some more team activities and outings, have HR take care of peoples issue rather that way individuals can focus on their work
