Leading and not treating sales like dumb, stubborn children.
Being leaders. Client care has like 6 managers and ive never seen half of them contribute
Leading and being more transparent
It's a solid base with uncapped commision and they set realistic goals and amend as the market deems necessary.

I appreciate that the company uses stock options to inspire everyone to work towards success.
Medical benefits and work life balanace.
Review from Product Dept
Very comprehensive and reasonably priced.
My salary is pretty good but our monthly incentative have gone away. With the cost of living now days, it is tough to make ends meet.
401 match would be helpful
We need a 401K match. Our incentives have been cut. Our stock options are gone.
The equity of the company is continuously presented as a huge gift, only to be subsequently pulled away. After it is pulled away, the employees are asked to wait (again and again) for a resolution. Only to find the cycle starts over again.

Get rid of financing cloud over the company. C-level take responsibility for their actions. CEO accept warranted criticism and acknowledge that people have concerns, rather than telling them to leave ("my way or highway")
Management does not lead. They slack off
Transparency and consistency and disclosure of changes at a faster pace.
LISTEN to the people who do the actual jobs. Actually be honest with us. If the priority is the money, say that. Don't lie to our face and say you care about us and that you want to hear our feedback when you actually don't want our feedback. Actions speak louder than words
It was swift and clear
Multiple interviews with leaders from different departments display collaborative mindsets and help the candidate understand the importance of their role.
They made me feel relaxed and seemed to cared about what I had to say.
There was no test or anything; it was just chatting with the hiring manager and potential coworkers. It felt like a two-way interview
Meeting others that I could ask questions about what my job/day will be like.
Honesty about equity package and salary
The person who interviewed me make me wait on the phone for 90 minutes before I begged off and re-scheduled. He was an asshat and was fired two months later. Everyone is always running late for meetings. It's quite annoying.

We need to get our spend under control and become profitable. If we don't secure and grow insurance business I don't see how we will last. We also need to fix hardware and software issues with out product that cost us in resources and replacements
Insurance fiasco has damaged company, possibly beyond repair. CEO, rather than acknowledging concerns, has told people to leave if they don't believe in him (even though he has presided over 4 layoffs in 4 years, stock losing 96% its value, and DOJ investigation with no internal consequences).
The idea of Eargo and helping people hear better and enjoy life again is the best part, but unfortunately the company is floundering after the DOJ stuff.
The culture is great as well as the people

Maybe our communique' with clients
Review from Customer Support Dept
Because we communicate so much cross-functionally, sometimes it's hard to tell who owns a given functional area or project. I'd love clear owners and a thoughtful cadence of meetings.
